In most cases, orders will ship within three days. We process orders Monday through Friday, between 9:00A.M. and 6:00P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Once we process your order, you will recieve a sales order to let you know that we have received your order and are assembling the shipment. While we have many products in stock, there are quite a few that must be ordered from various distributors. In most cases, orders will ship within three days.
We ship to many countries other than the United States (actually, we'll ship anywhere). Shipments within the United States, Europe, Brazil, Canada, and Australia are our most common ship to countries. Feel free to order from the website, and pay with a credit card or PayPal. If your country is not listed in the address box at checkout, you must contact us to place your order. We will gladly accept your order, but will require a verified PayPal account or wire transfer to complete it.
For shipments within the continental United States, we ship via UPS Ground. If you are outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and APO), we ship via USPS Priority. If you need us to ship a special way, just call or email and we will do everything we can to accomodate you.
Expedited shipping is not a problem at all. You should call us in advance to make such arrangements, and tell us of your specific need. If you do not inform us of your expedited need or specific timeframe, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. Please tell us in advance so we can provide you with our superior customer service.
We will ship to a different address, but we may require more information from you to verify your identity. Simply put your shipping address in the shopping cart, and if we need more info we'll contact you.
You should receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Depending on your location, you can track your order on UPS.com or USPS.com. Sometimes it takes a day to update the status of your shipment, please be patient.
